Lovely Alfredo sauce! Good amount of bread for our take out order. The cheese was also good. My daughter ate most of the whole thing by self after a week of seafood she wants pasta and this place knocked it out of the park!

Omg, the food is amazing! The fresh ravioli in the mushroom sauce was literally to DIE for! The atmosphere is super simple, but the staff are so kind and lovely. We saw neighbouring tables ordering pizza so we’re taking one to go! Would definitely recommend!

Great food, we have been coming here for years. Disappointed in the huge price increases and the amount of ingredients on the pizza. It seems to be not as good as it used to be. The servers aren’t as friendly or helpful either.

Food and service were amazing at La Famiglia! We enjoyed two pizzas, some calamari and a few drinks between 4 people. Both pizzas were incredible - great crust and fresh ingredients. The calamari was great too - a very good breading and they weren't chewy. Although the upstairs was relatively new when we went, it provided a nice view of the street and was air conditioned, so it was very comfortable. The only downside was that at one point the music came on and was very loud. Thankfully the majority of tables asked for it to be lowered, and the restaurant listened which improved the ambience. Great restaurant if you're looking to switch up the cuisine options while in Playa del Carmen! I would come back again!

Absolutely wonderful food and service. We’ve had the gnocchi with shrimp, la Nani pizza and fettuccine La Roca and nothing disappoints. Fresh seafood, homemade pasta and simply lovely.

One of the best italian restaurant we've been to! We came here twice and I wish we had another night in playa just to come here again. We ordered putanesca pasta, poscaiola ravioli and the next day frutti di mare pizza and capricciosa pizza. For deset we ordered tiramisu. Everything was amazing and super delicious. The waiters were pleasant and kind. Absolutely recommend!

Amazing Italian Restaurant – Highly Recommended La Famiglia is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve visited. They offer 40 different kinds of pizzas, so there’s something for everyone, and the quality is excellent. The Fettuccine Nero and Fettuccine allo Scoglio are absolutely beyond the best — perfectly cooked with incredible flavor. These dishes alone are worth coming back for. I also want to highlight the excellent service by Caroline, who was very attentive, patient and friendly! Great food, great variety, and great service. Highly recommended!
